Event Mail
Event Mail enables Community Builder User Lists and User Lists searches to be automatically exported to Acajoom (News, Plus, and Pro) mailing lists. Event Mail also allows registrants for events in DT Register to be subscribed to Acajoom mailing lists, and optionally imported to Community Builder as site members. Event Mail really unleashes the power of Joomla as a marketing platform for business!
1) Export Community Builder users-list search results to Acajoom mailing lists. Community Builder has amazing search capabilities. Non-technical users can create filtered users lists, and search them to find just the right set of site members based on location, demographics, interests, etc. The problem is – after you get a target list based on your CB profile data, what do you do with it? Event Mail provides the answer. CB Users-list filter and search results are written to an export file that can be automatically pulled into the Acajoom mailing list of your choice.
Create targeted mailing lists rapidly and effortlessly!
You can have more than one CB Users List used to create export results to send to Acajoom. As shown above, you can subscribe members to any of your published Acajoom mailing lists. In a matter of minutes, you can be sending targeted mailings to your members!
No need for exporting files, sorting fields, importing results – forget all that! Just use the power of Community Builder’s own native search, set up as many mailing lists as you need in Acajoom, and let Event Mail handle the rest!
2) Create a file that can be downloaded with your CB Users List search results. The file used to import subscribers to Acajoom is available for you to download and use.
3) Subscribe registered attendees in DT Register to specific Acajoom mailing lists. Event Mail allows registered attendees for events in DT Register to be exported to selected mailing lists in the Acajoom mailing system.
4) Registered event attendees from DT Register Events can be added directly to Community Builder as site members! No more signing up for an event, and then having to sign up for site membership separately. This integrates the process so that event attendees can become members of your site automatically!
